Current, Monthly Land Lease Fee: $450 

Includes: water, sewer (Red Hill ONLY), garbage pick up, snow removal of streets, parking for 2 cars & staff nearby

 

• Resident owns home; Park Owner owns land

• Resident pays property tax on home; Park Owner pays tax on land

• No age restrictions

• Must be owner occupied/no rentals

• 1 small dog or cat (must be approved by Property Manager)

• Resident is responsible for lawn mowing & shoveling of driveway

• Additional vehicle parking: $10 per month, per vehicle

• Recreational vehicle, camper or boat storage: $20 per month

• Motorcycles allowed at LV. Motorcycles must be parked in lot at RH.

• Security cameras on premise
